The $150 Network Station Launch fee is refundable before the official station page and hub cover are published. After the station page and hub placement are delivered, refund requests will be reviewed case by case if MadmixtubeAI failed to deliver the agreed launch services.
Customers may cancel Station Updates & Care at any time before the next renewal date to stop future monthly charges. Monthly charges already paid are non-refundable after that service period begins, except for duplicate charges, billing errors, or failure by MadmixtubeAI to provide the agreed service.
Full Station Upgrade work, including live players, catalogs, stores, admin tools, AI guide activation, subscriber tools, and payment systems, is handled by separate quote or agreement.

If a payment was processed through CCBill or another processor, approved refunds may be returned through the original payment method according to processor rules.
