1. CCBill Payment Notice

When CCBill is activated as a payment processor, charges may appear on customer statements as CCBill, CCBill.com, CCBillEU, or a similar CCBill billing descriptor.

2. Billing Help

For station-service questions, contact MadmixtubeAI support at MADMIXTUBE@GMAIL.COM or 646-241-9028.

3. Subscription Cancellation

Customers with recurring Station Updates & Care billing may request cancellation before the next renewal date. When CCBill is used, customers may also be able to look up or manage subscriptions through CCBill customer support using the billing information connected to the transaction.

4. Disputes and Billing Errors

If you believe there was a duplicate charge, unauthorized charge, or billing error, contact support promptly with your name, transaction date, amount, and station name.
